Overweight is your greatest health risk, so this is
the most important piece of information I had ever given you. But it
is not complicated. Once you know how the human body works, becoming
lean for life is easy as momma’s apple pie.
Most people who come to me object, “But
we’ve tried every which way, and look at me.” I usually find they have
tried commercial weight-loss system, or fad diets, or bogus sliming
aids, which only set you up to gain more weight.
By hiring me you save all that aggravation. You also save all the cost
of professional visits, psychological counseling, or complex behavior
therapy. In fact, most such intervention is detrimental. In 1992, the
National Institutes of Health expert panel on weight loss, showed that
behavior therapy and counseling, get worse long-term results than folk

Correct Nutrition:
1. Follow and eating schedule, and
don't skip meals.
2. Every meal/snack should consist of complete protein, good fats, and natural carbohydrates.
3. Eat good carbs, protein, and fats togethere to keep your blood sugar stable.
4. Avoid coffee
and cafinated drinks (causes dehydration). 5. You can't drink too much pure water!
